Each time this comes up, I wonder who the Vikes have that's even remotely qualified to be an interim Head Coach. I'd rather weather the storm and have some smart decisions after the season.

Sad - I had AP on my team last year and remember how INFURIATING it was to watch Vikings games, they'd seemingly give up at times, or Childress would seemingly have no clue what to do. Lo and behold I trade for AP again going into this week and see the exact same things

So, I think we all can agree that the Vikings are NOT going any where this year.. I'm ready for Cassel and The Patriots Offensive Coordinator to be next years "Stars".So if it takes the Vikings stinking the rest of the year for that to happen I'm all for it.

You think maybe it has to with the fact the offense has done squat so they have been out there a lot. Add in the heat and no rest and your not going to be 100%. It is the nature of the game.. But, go ahead, believe they just are giving up.

Give him a shot the rest of the year.. If he improves the team at all, than maybe give him a shot next year.. But the first move has to be for Cassel no matter who the new coach is...
