Game Thread W11 - Washington v Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Both these teams were in the playoffs last year, and had high hopes for this year.

I'll take "Reasons I Drink Heavily" for $200.

 
Bucs had to settle for their FG after obvious interference on Clayton wasn't called. WAS got good field position after TB kicker got flagged for a late push out of bounds. Campbell made some nice throws while scrambling to set up the Skins FG.

 
The Redskins are currently on their third attempt to execute the most difficult play in football: a kickoff.

 
Ball snapped before Gradkowski ready. Skins recover. Then nice long pass to Lloyd to get into TB territory.

Not to be negative, but this thread sucks. You have a new QB on the landscape and nothing on how he is performing. What are your observations on Campbell? How has he looked? Composed or overwhelmed?

He's looked "meh." Same old dink-and-dunk from the Skins. Not really much to report.
 
Easily the most complete performance of the year by the Bucs. I know the Skins are awful too, but still, it's nice to see. Gradkowski has been real sharp, 70% against anybody in the NFL doesn't suck.

WAS can't run the ball and TB's controlled the clock also.

Yeah, and TB's been putting some good pressure on him.Skins best drive (the TD drive) was when Duckett was in there. I don't like echoing Bill Maas, but I agree with him that the size on the offensive line seems more geared to blocking for him. Skins need to try getting him more involved in order to open up the passing game.

He has taken some shots downfield. That's a huge change, I just like the fact that we have a QB playing that CAN get the ball downfield if he has to
