Game Thread W12 - Oakland V San Diego (1 Viewer)

So... has Randy even come near the ball? Has he begun to walk his routs instead of run them? Tell me why I started him of Cotchery?

Oakland looks like a legit offense out there
Their best player thus far has been Jammer. PI for 24 yards. He's leading second highest rb/wr/te by 6 yards.Aren't there any links still floating around that eludes to how he's putting it all together and doesn't make the big mental errors like he used to? Running through the receiver on an uncatchable ball near the goal-line(sigh).

He should be a Safety IMO.

ST imo.Coaching staff seems stubborn in that regard. Would make all the sense to me in the world to give Jammer a shot at S since Cromartie has already demonstrated a better feel for CB position from what I've seen(though I'll admit I haven't seen every game).I don't want to hear the "well, it's not his fault the NFL changed the rules when he came in the league" BS either. A high, high % of his poor plays come from bad decisions, not just physical play.

This is apparently something that has been in the works for about a year now. Once SD finds the CBs they feel comfortable with, Jammer will make the switch. Of course he's still going to have the same brain as a safety as he would a CB, so it might not help much.

Besides coming into the game thread and asking straight out, is there a place to see the late inactives? I'm talking about McCardell here if anyone knows.

TIA

Two catches for Curry just before he runs out of bounds and stops the clock before the half..... both right in front of Mr. Jammer.

These SD game threads are getting a bit stupid. I've never seen a #1 offense receive so much criticism for offensive play calling in my life. If Tomlinson takes a set of downs off, everyone starts screaming that Turner is taking over. If Tomlinson only gets half the snaps, everyone starts crying that he isn't getting the ball enough. If Tomlinson gets the ball almost every down, people complain about Gates not getting into the game.

You people need to chill. Schottenheimer's and Cameron's playcalling has been scoring points and ammasing yards in bunches this year. They know what they are doing. They have been making a living at this much longer than you have.
