I never saw a replay that clearly showed the hit... so for now it's inconclusive IMO.

seemed pretty clear to me. you can argue about some of the other ones he's been fined for, but the top of his helmet went right into RF's facemask.

I'm on the fence myself. The timing of the hit was fine - Fitz had just released the ball a split-second earlier. It wasn't quite helmet-to-helmet, either, as Harrison hit him pretty much squarely on the chin. But it just looked vicious....Harrison looked to have left his feet for the hit, led with his helmet, and really just crushed a defenseless player.I don't know the specifics of the NFL rules, but I wonder if the officials thought it was helmet-to-helmet. I thought it was at first, too, before seeing the replay.
