Game Thread W12 - San Diego V Indy (1 Viewer)

I have Wayne, Tamme, Rivers, VJax in this game and am down 82 (non ppr). Stranger things have happened... right??

 
seriously...i thought he got off the ball well and ran a good route on that first pass play. of course then he came off the field so maybe that was too painful for him.

 
VJ started and was in for three plays, then came out and the trainer was looking at him on the sideline. Looks like his lower right leg; he's got both shoes off (per Kevin Acee).

Isn't this what the logical play was for VJ ? Fake an injury then get paid next season. I heard a lot of FBGs predicting this.

 
I never understood why the Colts have to "keep the defense honest" by running the ball.

YOU know you can't run it. THEY know you can't run it. Why keep wasting a down? Spread 'em out and go to work. :shrug:

No, the logical play is to come in and play like hell to raise his asking price in the off-season.

As an AJ owner I hope your right. (Ops, mean VJ)But if the Rams/Seahawks were already going to give him the contract he wanted (without seeing him play this season), I would think all he could do here is hurt his potential earnings.

AJ? Do you have him in a fantasy GM league? :shrug: I think a lot of teams have questions about VJ -- the guy's had issues with his temper and behavior on and off the field. Will he get a big contract no matter what? Yes. But if he wants to max it out, he'll play as hard as he can, and show teams that he's still in top form and that he can play smart and be a good team player.
 
And so after going all season and being the #1 seed going into the playoffs this week my season comes to an end with V-Jax getting hurt in the 1st serious.

Seriously wow.
