Game Thread W13 - Dallas V NY Giants (1 Viewer)

Folk took the field extra early today to work on his field goals.

No surprises for the Cowboys among the inactives.

Quarterback Stephen McGee (3rd QB) safety Ken Hamlin (ankle), cornerback Cletis Gordon, linebacker Jason Williams, guard Montrae Holland, center Duke preston, tackle Marc Colombo (ankle) and linebacker Curtis Johnson are inactive.

For the Giants, wide receiver Ramses Barden, safety Michael Johnson, tight end Travis Beckum, running back D.J. Ware, defensive back D.J. Johnson, tackle Guy Whimper and wide receiver Sinorice Moss are inactive.

Johnson will be replaced by C.C. Brown at strong safety. Mathias Kiwanuka will replace Osi Umenyiora in the starting lineup at defensive end. Chris Canty will replace Fred Robbins at defensive tackle and Jonathan Goff takes over at inside linebacker for Chase Blackburn.

Romo is 2-0 at Giants Stadium in December.

Romo was sacked 20 times in 2008, with 10 coming in December.

December is more about the offensive line protecting Romo than Romo himself.

Since Week Three, the Vikings are the only NFC defense to register more sacks than the Cowboys.

Just a few things to wet the appetite.

Here we go! :wall:

It'll be interesting to see which gives, Dallas' attrocious play in December or the Giants' horrible play of the last 7 weeks. Im guessing it'll be an ugly game.

Finally Dallas gets a bounce go their way. Nice catch by Witten although if this was basketball he would be called for over the back

JUST like the playoff game two years ago. Dallas is in control. NY looks lost. Then the Dallas D inexplicably allows the Giants to go the length of the field for a TD just before half.

Last time, we all know how it ended.
