Jacksonville ran the ball with ease against the Titans on their opening drive.

Unfortunately for MJD owners, Jennings with the rushing TD

 
It's funny to hear Tenn fans booing Chris Johnson carries because they think it's predictable. If the Titans were throwing it more and losing they'd all be complaining about abandoning the run game.

 
i don't know...it's evened out ok in my league. right now, MJD is 9th overall in RB scoring... :lmao:

 
Can those of you watching the game explain why CJ is so ineffective? Is Jax swarming to him? Does he look hurt? Has Tenn given up on the seasons? They are still in mathematically in their own division.

CJ tanking going into the playoffs....

 
Tennessee may now be the worst team in the NFL. How the heck did that happen.

Regardless, Chris Johnson appears to no longer be a must start and it doesn't seem like Fisher is dedicated to placing the teams fortunes on his shoulders. If they are going to treat him like a 10-15 touch per game guy then he will be worthless the rest of the way.

Remember last year when he was money? Man those were good times.

Dude, they tried to ride Chris Johnson and it got them nowhere. As I mentioned above, fans actually booed the play call on one of CJ's attempts. The reason his overall carries are low is Tenn barely had the ball in the first half.

Has he lined up as a WR yet? How many passes in the flats have they tried to run for him? They need to find him creative ways to get the ball. Running the dang thing up the middle with that pathetic OL is indeed a waste of time and I would boo like a madman too if they just kept trying to do that.He is always one broken tackle from a big run, but he can't break 8 tackles at the line of scrimmage. Maybe they have been trying to be creative, but I'm guessing not.

He had a couple of good runs on this drive after some early down passing success.

Anybody here really have the guts to sit him during the playoffs? I'm not sure how I feel about it. I almost wish he wasn't playing so I could just go ahead and play somebody else instead...
 
Hard to believe this is the same Titans team that steamrolled the Jags on MNF earlier this year. Stick a fork in 'em.

I think they were booing the USE of CJ. It's all up the middle and unbelievably predictable. It's a potential sigh that Fisher is senile - everyone knows CJ should be getting 5+ receps per game and more creative runs, but apparently creativity is not possible with Jeff Fisher 2010.
 
Does anyone who watched this game have an explanation as to why Jason McCourty had no stats this game? I know he played, but what happened?
