Not a lot of chatter in here, so here is my update.

Bengals first 2 offensive series were awful. Most 12 year olds calling plays on Madden could do better.

First Saints series went down the field gave up a sack on third to push out of FG range, weak call on Bengals player getting pushed into punter got them a 5 yard penalty for a FG.

Starting to snow.

Anyone watching this game? Great run by Ivory! Not a single wasted step and great vision. If he plays like this, could it be guaranteed that PT is gone?

Bengals can't run block for ####, but it would be nice to see Benson break just one tackle. He went down (and fumbled) based on a glancing arm tackle there. That's terrible.

Embarassing vision by Benson there. Instead of running north/south and getting the first, he strings it out and gets garbage. Now a 4th and inches

Cmon Bengals. Why did Palmer look so good last drive? He didn't throw the ball further than 8 yards. He can't go 60 yards in 2 plays

I wouldn't necessarily agree with the notion that Ivory is going to replace Thomas. While he's had bright spots, most of his stellar performances have come against weak run defenses and I haven't been terribly impressed with any of his skills outside of the blazing speed he displays on breakaways.

Thomas is still better at pounding the ball up the middle. The problem with Ivory is that he sometimes shows the exact same talent as Bush, which the team doesn't need more of.

Wow, I completely disagree with these statements. He shows the same talent of Bush? Help me understand that better. What do you mean? The earlier one, that I didn't quote - that he looks better against weaker run defenses, sure.

Terrible throw and decision by Brees there. It looked like he was throwing it to Nelson there.

The Bengals have a chance

Saints fans have to be scratching there head at how they could have gone from Super Bowl Champs to having fallen this far. There defense is a shell of what it was last year and the offense is not as fluid as it was last year.

How do they right this ship in time for the Playoffs or even against Atlanta on December 27th.

Baller award to clint stitser. selling Real Estate on tue. make two short kicks, then miss a PAT = BIG TIME PRESSURE Tied at 27 and you BANG at 47 yarder for the lead w/5 to go?

Balls.

I remember discussions about the Saints 09 season, with detractors claiming that they simply had too good of fortune to repeat... pointing to among many things turnover differential. This year, the they aren't getting as many. Saints fans were pretty adamant about their turnovers weren't just luck, but special Saints defense turnovers. Now we see it was just good fortune. This is the Saints, without the good luck. They don't right the ship. What you see is what you get.BTW, they can still squeak out a win here. They won several close ones last season as well.

Unbelievable. We've all seen that fake going for it on 4th down to try to draw the offsides a hundred times, and it NEVER works, in college or the pros. Until today, and the Bungles.

Classic Bengals football. Go offsides on D when they are trying to draw you. Then try to spike the ball when you have a TO. Go Bengals!
