Game Thread W13 - New Orleans V Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Saints fan in Houston.

Texans on MNF, Dallas played Thursday.

Thought for sure we'd get Saints/TB and we get stuck with Wash/NYG.

How can you possibly argue that we should get that game?

Anybody have a link to a stream of the game? Thanks!!!

 
in a PPR, went with Bush over Grant. Submitted my lineup about 20 times but in the end rolled with the FBG "Always play your studs" mantra. Like that kind of start!

 
Looking at Brees' early stats it doesn't look like he's having much trouble at all. Garrard for Brees - DOH!!!

 
Should have kicked. The weather hasn't come in yet, but it looks ominous. Typical dumb Payton playcalling.

Garcia needs to step it up...that was one of the worst halves of passing I've ever seen.

If the Bucs want to do any damage this year, they will need him. Dunn is not a full-time back.Dunn will still be involved though. I see a split.
 
Caddy hasnt touched the ball since the TD. I figured Gruden would be running him more after that. Anyone watching the game know if Caddy is dinged up?

 
Why is Deuce even in the game let alone getting a carry and a pass. Bush is bush and thomas just a pass for a 20 yard td. Get mccallister off the field.

 
ALL saints fan will agree ..

BREES is great .... but Brees is great when ahead ... Brees is not a good clutch / come from behind QB ... todays int's ( 2 in the late 4 th quarter ) caused this loss ...

 
I can tell you

brees is 0 - 17 when losing at the end of the 3 rd quarter

Brees is not clutch and does not play well from behind

2 int's in the last 5 minutes is not acceptable

:thumbup: Right before the commentators mentioned that the Saints were 0-17 under Payton and Brees, I had just told my son that I don't ever remember Brees bringing us back in the 4th. It's hard for me to call Brees great, because the great ones are great in all situations. Just think about how many times Peyton Manning played like crap the entire game only to throw a 4th quarter strike to give the Colts the win. That's not happening with Brees. Most of the time, his fourth quarter comeback attempt ends in a pick. Hell, even Brooks had some 4th quarter magic every now and then.

most ???? all of Brees last minute drives end up in INT's

part of the blame goes to Brees .. and part of the blame goes to payton and his " too cute " play calling
