Game Thread W14 - Buffalo V NY Jets (1 Viewer)

After the early games, Jets find out they control their own destiny. If they win out, they're guaranteed either a WC or the division.

Screaming for Evans to catch that long pass, after Fason I need a monster game from him.

Did you notice if Poteat was coverring him?

why isn't that a rekick penalty?

Could the punting team just take off early and give up the 5 yards on prupose then, assuring themselves of no return?

missed it redman, sorry

Rhodes is such a huge part of Mangini's D, it's been surprising me all year

I think Cotchery is going to be a beast next year.

Atrain should stay in Buff as long as he can, he's a nice fit there

looked like the same long run he busted vs cinci this year pre-season

slowed down at the end but had just enough by using an angle.

Nice run.

he's the best KR.

I haven't heard Dante's name in a long time and he busts one long one every game + teams go out of their way to kick away from him

After this nice blurb from FBG's I took McGahee out in favor of Edge.

From Chris Brown at buffalobills.com: MCGAHEE, MCGEE WARMUPS: Both Willis and Terrence are warming up right now on the field here at the Meadowlands. Willis doesn't look too bad, but he's still not running on the ball of his left foot and pushing off. He's using his left leg more like a peg leg. After trying to make some cuts, he took off his spikes and the trainers put turf shoes on him. He then took a lap around the field, likely thinking if he could just get the ankle warmed up it would hold up better. He took some handoffs from running backs coach Eric Studesville and though he wasn't going full speed looked decent. I don't know that he'll be making a lot of hard cuts off that ankle today though.

Didn't edge score?Edge only had 65 or so yards last time they played the hawks

judgement call on a guy wearing a boot 2 days...whaddya want? I had the same prob, I went Fason :bag:

Okay, I started Fason over both Edge and McGahee today, and am thanking my lucky stars playoffs start next week for me. :bag:

I know McGahee scored on that long run, but I'm hoping someone who might be watching the game might be able to tell us how he's looked thus far. I could sure use him running hard the next couple of weeks!

Thanks and cheers! :banned:

Aaron how come that guy stinks as a WR? or at least doesn't play WR much?
Andre Davis? he's buried on the depth chart behind Evans, Price, Reed, and Parrish. Good special teams player though.
YeahPrice, I just don't care for same with Reed.I like Roscoe everytime I see him play, he's so quick. I remember Andre being pretty good in Cleveland. Why can't those two beat out Reed and Price?

poor spikes instead of doing horrible taco bell commercials and talking about your "comeback" just play football. your a walking injury this year.

Paul Pusluzny welcome to Buffalo

Price isn't great, but he's come up with some huge clutch catches this year. Won the Texans game and gave the Bills a chance for a miracle against the Chargers. I thought Andre Davis could win the starting job back in preseason but he never really emerged and was one of the last players to make the team.I'm not a big fan of Reed or Price either, but they each have their moments.

McGahee you barfed big deal, now play some football and stop eating before games. You barfed after the same run in preseason.

GET YOUR GEAR ON.
