One of my biggest complaints about the entire Cowboy's team is giving up 3rd and long. 3rd and 13 in windy conditions and they easily pick it up.
Now, it's 3rd and 10 and Dallas has to take a timeout. This is a must stop. This is a tough field goal attempt from this distance, I don't want them to give up a yard and if Pittsburgh passes, you sack them and take them out of field goal position. That's the mentality you have to have.
D. Ware doesn't look 100 percent.

It's going to be tough for Dallas to get the ball to the outside. Witten is going to have to be physical in the middle and Dallas will have to rush the ball at least moderately.
Romo will also have to run for a couple first downs during this game.
I've seen 2 players just fall so far for Dallas, Pacman on the opening kickoff and T. Choice. The new turf is the 14th man behind the crowd for the Steelers so far.

3rd and 2....to me this is 4th down territory. I'd spread the field wide and I'd get Romo out moving with an option to run or pass.

Hindsight is 20/20 but that was so unimaginative they don't deserve a first down.
A fullback dive against the No. 1 run defense on 4th down isn't what I was looking for. That is gutless football.
