Game Thread W15 - Miami V Buffalo (1 Viewer)

Fins with a good 50 yard drive to start the game, but on 4th and 4 on the Buffalo 31, they have to go for it because of the weather--no way they can kick here. Pass good for 2, turnover on downs.

Buffalo might want to go ahead and try to shut down the stud RBs on Miami. :towelwave:

Holy crap Zach Thomas just destroyed McGahee and forced a fumble after a BS roughness call gave Buffalo the 1st down.

Just to clarify, Losman was called down when his knee barely touches the ground, but he keeps running, and Zach hits him, gets called for a bs roughing call.

Very next play, McGahee up the middle, Zach absolutely destroys him, forces the fumble Miami recovers. McGahee out of the game looking very woozy on the sidelines.

2 minutes left and 3 timeouts... and Buffalo runs out the clock in the first half? Terrible. I hate **** Jauron.

I can't see this game, so excuse a couple querstions.

Someone explain Baffalo's gameplan.

Are they even throwing to Evans? (except the one reception) Is he being doubled all day?

How does McGahee look? 12/33 against the fins D isn't horrible, but doesn't tell me much.

can someone please elaborate on booker???

TIA

1-10-BUF 44 (11:40) J.Harrington pass deep right intended for C.Chambers INTERCEPTED by N.Clements at BUF 23. N.Clements to BUF 45 for 22 yards (K.Jacox). MIA-M.Booker was injured during the play. Receiver underthrown, coverage in flat.

If Losman can finally learn to throw the ball away instead of taking sacks and fumbling the ball, he'll be a pretty decent QB. But he needs to stop taking stupid sacks and stop fumbling the ball so much.

Oh, and Jason Taylor is a beast and has a legitimate claim to DPOY.

FWIW, Sportsline.com lists a sack in the play-by-play and in DST scoring, but not for an individual. Could mean a later stat review to come.

Finally BUF gets a TO.

Booker is being helped off the field...limping noticeably
Any word on Booker's return? Got to have some production out of him at my #2 WR spot. Played him over Hines Ward because lineups had to be in Thursday.
miami just got the ball back. anyone watching the MIA game please respond. thanks
Are you serious? Even if Booker was in the game do you think Harrington is going to get him the ball?

Booker's has been the hottest receiver in the league the last 3 weeks according to the site's "Who's hot list?"

My point is Harrington has 16 f'n yards passing. Do you think Booker is going to get 16 more?

yeah, we got your point. was he on the field or not?

And Lee Evans owners rejoice. About damn time. Although I'm amazed they didn't just run and settle for the figgie considering they have the lead. That would've been the usual call.

:loco: i'll be amazed if they throw a single pass again

That was dumb, received the punt at the 17, ran backwards into the endzone and got wrapped up, got lucky to get out to the 2. Penalty on the play puts it half the distance to the 1.

awesome... four straight incomplete passes from the 2-yard line. did miami forget how to RUN THE FREAKING BALL??!?!?!?

:hangover: Losman sacked and fumbles it away followed immediately by Harrington getting picked off by Clements.
I was at the game and didn't have the best view of it, but I would swear that losman fumble should have been ruled a tuck play...GB the nfl not sticking to its own made up rules...
