Game Thread W15 - San Francisco V Philadelphia (1 Viewer)

Just a heads up that NY is now getting this game instead of Packers/Steelers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm surprised someone didn't throw something at Reid for making that kiddie school grade call on your own 29-yard line. He just got resigned? Amazing...

Eagles seem to be going against previous tendencies and running McCoy up the middle and Weaver on sweeps.

Another INT for the Eagles D.

With Calvin Johnson and Cedric Benson starting for me, I'm enjoying the temporary negative numbers for my opponents' Alex Smith.

McnNabb intercepted in the end zone. 44 seconds left in half for SF

,,,ANd Smith already gave it back.

I don't even understand how that happens. I know he had a guy hanging on him, but how do you throw the ball 10 yards over the head of a guy standing 2 yards in front of you?

i picked up alex smith in a trade several weeks back in order to hold him for the last 2 weeks vs. DET and STL, just in case I need him. Over the past few weeks, I've been feeling pretty happy about having him as an insurance policy. But now . . .

Wow, Leonard Weaver is an idiot. Catch in-bounds with no timeouts left and 12 seconds left in the half, and he takes that opportunity to jaw with an opponent instead of lining up so they could spike the ball. wtf?

What would have happened if they snapped it there? Does Weaver have to be facing the line of scrimmage in order for it to not be illegal formation?

If he wasn't moving forward, I would think it would be offsides niners...

Didn't Frank Gore tear it up last week? Are they going to start giving him the ball or what?
:goodposting: he's been tearing it up today too. Touched the ball on 19 of 32 offensive plays.
He's only been in the game on 32 of their 50 plays?
well, maybe . . . but I was looking at receptions, not pass attempts. :bag:the sad thing is that I thought that seemed like a low number, but just went with it anyway . . .
