Are the WR's coming out also? CJ and TJ?Kitna coming out for Cincy now - looks like Palmer is done for the day.
Thank you for the great season palmer. Can't wait till next year...Kitna coming out for Cincy now - looks like Palmer is done for the day.
Everyone but Palmer is still in the gameAre the WR's coming out also? CJ and TJ?Kitna coming out for Cincy now - looks like Palmer is done for the day.
The Bengals didn't want to injure the franchise. In a game that means very little, they didn't want to take the risk. Palmer is fine and looked great in limited action. Welcome to week 17 in the NFLWhy did Palmer come out? Did the groin bother him?
Depends on coach in KC and their system, plus Roaf's status. Have heard Roaf will be back but didn't sound definiteGreat 49yd TD run by LJ there. He went in completely untouched - impressive.
He's got to be the #1 overall pick next year, right? I mean Tomlinson has slowed down a bit since his injury and LJ is going to finish 3rd in the league in rushing yardage, despite only starting half the year.
#1 = LJ, #2 = SA, #3 = LT
Wasn't looking all that close - let's wait another 2 plays until he scores again and I'll see what you're saying. What's the story with LJ's hand thing when he scores? The only place of seen it before was in college, and it wasn't used in a very daytime-tv-friendly manner.
I'm just happy that MIA is playing wellWHat sucks is that PITT just scored to go up 21-14.....we could win this by 45 and it wont matter
Um, yeah...Guess you just saw it.
It's something to do w/ a diamond cutter. Can't recall the entire story though.
If LJ had played this whole season, he would have destroyed every rushing record.
He just looks so unstoppable - a lot of fun to watch, even if it's going against my Bengals. I'm kinda rooting for him to keep going nutty and get the rushing title over SA.Johnson now owns the KC single season rushing record...1700 yards on the season so far...
Looks like he managed to take his diaper off this seasonAt halftime:If LJ had played this whole season, he would have destroyed every rushing record.
Sammy Hagar? What's the story with LJ's hand thing when he scores? The only place of seen it before was in college, and it wasn't used in a very daytime-tv-friendly manner.
I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. In my experience, it was used when a guy was acting like a certain female body part.Sammy Hagar? What's the story with LJ's hand thing when he scores? The only place of seen it before was in college, and it wasn't used in a very daytime-tv-friendly manner.
He'll cross 200 yards on the next Chiefs possessionLJ will get 200 yds today if the Chiefs leave him in.
Didn't that happen a couple years back with Denver/Indy? Denver smoked Indy in the one that didn't count, then Indy smoked Denver in the 1st round playoff game, the one that did count.I bet the same thing would happen here, with KC smoking Cincy in the one that doesn't count, then the other way around with Chad Johnson getting 200 yards and 3 TDs in the one that matters. What's funny is that if KC wins, Cinci looses (obviously), NE looses and Pitt looses... then KC plays Cincy again in a week.
Fair enough, but it looks like PIT has it in the bag against DET now. Up 28-14 - no way does DET have enough offense to come back and win this game. But I hope LJ keeps going at it - it's making for a very entertaining game. What's funny is that if KC wins, Cinci looses (obviously), NE looses and Pitt looses... then KC plays Cincy again in a week.

He is having a helluva year but it is way too early to call him one of the best ever. One season, no matter how good, does not make him one of the best ever. Let him do this for 5-6 more years and then we can talk. Not to take anything away from his season but saying he is one of the best ever...no way.Larry Johnson is officially one of the best backs ever to play the game. He blows LT out of the water in his abilities. If LJ had played this whole season, he would have destroyed every rushing record.
When LJ can break a long TD run with any touch, yes. Better than the DET/PIT cluster#### that I've got on the other channel.27-3 is entertaining?Fair enough, but it looks like PIT has it in the bag against DET now. I think KC beats Cincy 2 weeks in a row if that were the case. The Steelers will do them no favors though.Didn't that happen a couple years back with Denver/Indy? Alas, it's Jerome Bettis 18, Detroit Lions 12 over in Pittsburgh so we'll have to wait another year.
Let's not get out of control here - it's not like Cincy is really trying to win this game. If they were, Palmer would still be out there. The instant he was yanked, their offense went in the tank. They had nearly as many yards with Palmer in the game than they have had in much more time since he was pulled. Cincy's weaknesses have been reinforced during this game, but it's nothing new and we're not seeing the best that Cincy's offense has to offer. It's been obvious all season long that Cincy's D plays better with a lead and I believe that they would be in that position if Palmer had stayed in the game.I think KC beats Cincy 2 weeks in a row if that were the case. What's out of control? KC could run the ball vs Cincy even if they put 13 defenders on the field. KC is set up perfectly to beat Cincy. The game would be in Cincy, which would have a huge impact on the game - Cincy has had to use 3 time outs so far in the game because the crowd hurt their ability to call audibles at the line.Plus the Bengals will have some great game tape on the Chiefs now - they'll know what they need to improve on.What's out of control? He needs ~150 yards, so it's not really going to happen.edit: 152 yards to be preciseWhat does LJ need to claim the rushing title? Is it possible that he could get it?
