Came in on a third and 1 and stayed in for a bit to spell him, nothing wrong with Turner. Snelling will see more action today with Norwood injured.

I'm with you but it was the right play. He didn't look so hot last week and howlings seemed to be nipping at his heels.

Just came to ask the same question. Tuned into the game just now, no mention of a Turner injury since I have been watching but Snelling is in the backfield and has been the whole drive.

I guess they meant it about keeping Turner fresh this year... Painful in the short term, but could be a good thing long term.

EDIT: Cards just got called for a PI on a ball that landed about 15 yards OB.

As a Snelling owner, I'm quite pleased. As a Snelling owner who started Kuhn over Snelling, I'm a little pissed off.

I agree. All this talk of Turner being "lighter" and "better" and "getting involved in the passing game".. ah BS! I should have taken Gore

It's cause he's hurt which is actually good news. Better that he is losing valuable snaps due to what looks like a minor injury than this being an ongoing season long type of situation.

3 accepted but a couple plays with multiple fouls. Just seems you are just a super homer crying about the refs. Everything they call on Zona is wrong.

The phantom hold to bring back the kick off return TD, the picture perfect block by Breaston that was called a hold on a long run, the crazy PI on DRC, the shoulder to chest hit that was called a personal foul? You agreed with all those?EDIT: Either way, the Cards run defense has been pathetic today...normally a strong suit but every run is at least 5+ yards it seems.
