Game Thread W2 - Indianapolis V Minnesota (1 Viewer)

I need a win by the Vikings first and a huge week by Peterson would be icing on the cake. Please dont let this be the day that T Jacks makes me have a grabber and die. Thanks in advance.

ADP almost broke a big one for TD on the outside, save by Bob Sanders

Can someone please tell me if CBS is broadcasting the Colts/Vikes game in HD through the air?

I am not getting a HD channel for the game but my friend claims he is picking up the HD channel through the air.

Thanks

Good start for us minus one bad pass by TJax (missed a wide open Berrian). Like the way we're pounding and controlling the clock. Gotta keep Manning off the field and in doing so I believe Indy will all but abandon the run - which could be really good or really bad for us.

I have Time Warner Cable and am getting an HD signal for the game on CBS. Not sure if by "through the air" you mean satellite vs cable or could care less of the medium.

Weird story....

I throw up before the first game for the Vikings each and every year. Do the same thing before each playoff game. Ive done this for over twenty years.

Weird thing is since the opening drive of this game I cant stop throwing up. I think were gonna see something amazing today.

Just trying to catch up on Indy... One pick right off the bat and two 3 & out series. Does that about sum it up?

I have Direct TV. However, I do not have a high definition capable satalite or receiver so the only way I can watch anything in HD is to switch my tv from the satalite to the antenna. Understand? I can only pick up local channels this way, but only IF they broadcast something in HD to begin with. So does anyone know if this game is being broadcasted through the air in HD. Remember, my friend says it is but I can't seem to get it and if it is then I need to figure out why my tv isn't picking up a HD channel.

So you don't really lose too much wait during the playoffs, do you? I mean more than a Lions fan, but not much really.

Colts haven't had the ball very long, the line isn't giving Manning enough time, not having Saturday is making a difference, and the Minnesota defense is just that good. They're stuffing the run and blanketing the receivers, pressuring the quarterback, and basically not allowing Manning to throw to his receivers.

Scary good defense and a monster ruhnning game. Too bad that formula never works to get a team to the Superbowl.well except when it does.

A friend of mine says he is getting the Colts/Vikes game on CBS 8-1 on his tv using antennas in HD. However, I can't seem to get the game in HD on my tv using antennas.

So this leads me to think, either he doesn't know what he is talking about, or something is wrong with my tv.

Is CBS broadcasting a HD signal through the air for this game?

If your not sure, do you know where I can go to find out?

Thanks

pretty much what i expected to hear. Thanks for the eyeball confirmation.

The announcers don't know why Allison didn't down that ball? They laughed as he jumped and said "Down the ball!"

Even I could see it. He went out of bounds so he couldn't come back in and be the first to touch the ball.

TJ's stats look like crap, but when you are running the ball as well as they are why throw?

Not to mention Berrian dropped a TD which was a very nice throw and another pretty good nice long pass dropped by Rice.

2nd half.. If TJ throws more than he did the first half I'd be  .

Eat the clock running the ball and do a couple play action passes just to keep the Colts "honest". Let your running game and the defense do the rest.

:lmao: Interesting Play calling to start the 2nd half... Seems to have caught the Colts off balance also.
