Spiller showing nice speed on the outside. Bills have their chances, but they have to convert once they're inside the NE 25 if they have any hope of winning this.

Spiller with a nice TD as I'm typing this.

This is the first game of the Gailey era Bills I've seen, but I like what I see from the offense. Fitzpatrick seems like a good fit.

Woodhead - I think we're getting a glimpse of the future. Picked him up on Thursday. Looks like a Belichick, gamechanger type guy.

Where do we rank him going forward?

Classic Bills D....have the chance to go into the half with a shocking lead, and they give up a deep ball to Brandon Tate and a (likely) FG from the Pats to go into the half down 1.

Typical Buffalo stupidity...could have run the clock down to 0:01 before kicking the FG instead of a futile try to catch NE jumping offside. Way to give NE 30 seconds and cost me 4 pts (I'm playing against Gostkowski). Gailey is being way too cute for a team as bad as the Bills.

Disagree. The Bills thought Fitz had a first down on that 3rd down play, so they called timeout with 28 seconds left. Why wouldn't they? The refs overturned the call, and the Bills had no choice....clock stopped with 28 seconds. <_<

Lynch looking frisky again today. I'm sensing Fred Jackson is going to be the forgotten man in the backfield going forward.

I'm sure this won't be an end to the Bills' record of futility against the Pats, but I tuned in predicting a blowout, and this has been a great game.

:goodposting: Buffalo got slightly hosed on that one.

Fitzpatrick has been very solid today, although he has infinitely more time than Edwards had in the first two weeks.

Amazing what happens when the QB is actually willing to throw downfield!

The Bills really miss Poz today though. NE's tight ends wouldn't be causing quite as much havoc as they've caused so far.

I'm not sure about that... Poz isn't very good in pass coverage.
