Agree he's a gamer and I respect the guy but he's not an NFL caliber starter over the long haul. He's moved the ball today because the Raiders are facing one of the worst defenses in the league. And he's still completed less than 1/2 of his attempts...

What has Campbell ever done to deserve a long leash?Oakland had 20 by half. I know that's common in Charger-ville, but in Oakland it's a great start.

Fair enough -- I thought Campbell showed a lot at the end of last season with very little around him, considering all of the injuries the Redskins had sustained. I think he would have come right and I just believe he gives the Raiders a better chance to win over the long term.
