Game Thread W5 - Atlanta V San Francisco (1 Viewer)

No call on Atlanta DB with 2 handfuls of Isaac Bruce Jersey on the pick.

Secondary no call on Roddy White with a fully extended arm on the SF DB.

This must be the D team of officiating. Wait, they're all the D team. :hophead:

The Falcons march down the field with precision. White catches the long TD over his shoulder.

Looks like Ryan and White have their timing down again. People who got White should finally get a return on investment.

I'm surprised Morgan was caught from behind on that. Didn't matter, though, except to fantasy owners. Coffee runs it in.

Wow. That is the kind of thing I love to see. Going for it from 4th and inches, and throwing it as well to get it.

Wow. 90 yard TD by White. Was about a 10-yard pass but White spun, dodged the defender, and took it to the house.

Int. in the redzone, followed by giving up a 90 yard TD, followed by fumbling the kickoff in which you can't review because you wasted TOs, and then the 33 yard run.

It doesn't get much worse than that.

Boy, am I ever glad I bought into the hype and believed San Francisco to be a sure-fire top-5 fantasy defense over the rest of the season. It sure is paying dividends!

340 yards (258 passing, 82 rushing) and 5 TD (3 receiving, 2 rushing) allowed...in the FIRST HALF...gulp...

:football: :yucky:

I guess this is more proof you never bench your studs. Only one I have going in this game is Ryan (don't think he's close to Stud status tho), but I would hate to be a Turner/White owner and having sat one of them.

Ryan's not quite a stud, but he's definitely a QB1 and someone I'm confident starting every week. Something that works to his advantage is the balanced Atlanta offense. Getting Gonzalez was a great move.

I agree. Then they played Cowher-ball and punted instead of trying a 53 yard field goal. A MADE 53 yarder would have made the score 13-14. Hope Singletary considered that when he gave the halftime rant the Fox dopes were begging for due to their constant harping about the "no challenge" timeout BS.

Lol. Ryan throws a pick (intended for White), the 49ers run it back like 35 yards, then Dre Bly fumbles it and the Falcons get it back. Ryan recovers it.

It's been a while since I've screamed at the TV like I have been the past minute. Dre Bly was a #%&*$ IDIOT. Even if it hurts the team, he should be at least pulled from this game and suspended for the next for the ludicrous crap he pulled on that interception. F him. When you are down by 25, showboating on an interception while still on the wrong side of the field is one of the stupidest, most moronic things I've seen in a long time.

Dumb post, if you're watching the game. Ryan's been OK, but White has been the stud shedding tackles.

Not sure why you are criticizing him. He said Ryan is not one of the "studs" he is talking about. The "studs" are Turner and White.

That's Dre Bly. He'll also throw the rest of the team under the bus and proclaim himself the only good player SF has and if only they got a better supporting cast around him they'd win.

Turner is just out because it's a blowout, right? Just wondering, because Ryan and White appear to still be in the game.
He limped off the field, but nothing too serious. Probably won't see him back because of the blowout and Norwood needs some work.

The dude is an NFL carpet bagger vagabond for a reason.

just saw the replay of the Bly debacle....he put his hand behind his helmet like Deion? did he think he was going to trot 75 yards with no one chasing him? what a freaking moron.

As bad as the D in Detroit has been, the entire fanbase couldn't boot his ### out the door fast enough...he's a cancer wherever he goes - and not half as talented as he thinks he is.
