Game Thread W5 - Oakland V NY Giants (1 Viewer)

I think Steve Smith (NYG) is headed for the late 1st round/early 2nd of most fantasy drafts next year. The kid is the real deal.

 
These New York Football Giants look dangerous this year. Granted they haven't faced any great team yet. Next week vs the Saints will be a huge test.

 
My god, Russell is awful. No pressure, stepped up in the pocket, and bounced a 20 yard pass about 6 yards in front of the receiver.

 
Wow the Raiders are bad. Simply awful on both sides of the ball. Can't pass. Can't run. Can't stop anyone.

This team might not win another game all season.

 
They just mentioned someone on the sidelines was getting medical attention but I missed it. Who was it?

 
...and Bradshaw is the one who hasn't been practicing and walking around in a boot for two weeks. This running game is very frustrating to try to figure out.

Actually, the Raiders have run the ball pretty well considering how good NYG defense is. But they lack discipline and coaching. First run by Bush was good but then they had an illegal procedure and suddenly it was third and long. Cable needs to go. The team looks like they are in disarray and it isn't that the players are bad (Well, Russell is...but there are good players on this team).
 
That was decent coverage for the raiders just a perfect throw by manning to hit the spot right when it opened up.

 
I have a feeling we are going to be seeing some NYG backups getting a lot of playing time in the 2nd half.

They have no talent on offense.Could any of their skill position players start for any other team in the league?

J/k, but really, the "battle" between the NYG WR's over the next two years is going to piss quite a few of us off!
