Yeah, that's what the announcers said. Shouldn't matter in the long run (unless you think it'll be THAT that prevents a full comeback), but it is typical.At least as someone who started Daniels, I can a bit.

I didn't think you could challenge a 1st down. That's what the chains are for. I thought all you can do is challenge the spot and they "won" that challenge.
