Aiding the Runner - The official, using both arms facing down and with hands open and forward at the waist, will make a pushing movement 2x. Of course, this is rarely called. I don't know why.

Technically, it's illegal to push or pull a teammate with the ball anytime. However, it's a judgment call as to whether or not a push or pull actually impacted the play. Very rarely called.
