That's the other side of Big Ben that people never talk about. Holding the ball way too long and trying to make something happen that's not there. Did he really think that a shovel pass 8 yards behind the line of scrimmage while he was wrapped up was going to pick up 18 yards? No need to risk turning it over inside your own 20 like that to turn a negative 8 yard play into a negative 5 yard play on 3rd and 10.

Yet again another team with warm weather makes the Steelers wear their dark jerseys...
can you explain this, I never understood how it works...the home teams gets to choose which jerseys they wear? can they make them wear retro/throwbacks or is it simply light vs dark?

The home team chooses whether they were home team color or away white...the away team then has to wear the opposite.Throwbacks are planned months in advance, so they wouldn't be a reaction to the home team's jersey choice.

Outstanding effort on that catch and run. Hines Ward is cementing his spot as the greatest Steelers WR of all time.

I see that as definitive proof. You have two guys on the ground with the ball on their hands, and they are down by a Stooler defender laying on top of them.

Big Ben can stick anything he wants pretty much anywhere he pleases and the reprecussions continue to be minimal.

If the whistle blew, how can Miami recover the football?
I believe the rule is that if the recovery happens immediately it is allowed. (However, the referee has said they don't have evidence of which team recovered, so that would appear to be irrelevant.)
