Game Thread W7 - San Diego V Buffalo (1 Viewer)

TV just said that SD/Buf game was temporarily suspended by NFL because of power issues at stadium...Is this correct?

If they can't restore power, I would imagine they will just play the game a bit later.

Anyone have any insights on scenarios like this?

First Ralph is too cheap to pay Jason Peters. Now he can't even get the electric bill paid on time. What's this franchise coming to?

I guess there have been a few delay of games already. There is no game clock for the QB to look at before taking the snap.

Good start for Gates, with 3/36/0 receiving in the first quarter. He hasn't had more than 5 catches or 61 receiving yards in a game so far this season.

Rivers 11/12 for 103 yards, 1 TD, 1 fumble lost

Edwards 11/12 for 101 yards, 0 TDs, 0 turnovers

Some good QB play, or poor pass defense, or both in this game.

Noticed Jackson got a carry inside the 5 - just relieving lynch or something we should know? tia

looks like F Jax was in most of the drive once they were within the 50 - was even in the backfield for the TD which could have easily been his - Lynch owner sweating again

BTW = LT looks awful again

Bills about to start a new drive; let's see if Lynch gets back in the game.

ETA: Lynch is in on 1st down; 1st play.

Are the Chargers using Sproles or are they simply forgoing the running game with LT looking so terrible?
Sproles has no carries and 1 catch for 5 yards. I am not able to watch the game, so I don't know if he has been on the field on many snaps... but I wish they would give him some more opportunities and LT more rest...
CBS comes back from commercial break showing a Bills fan holding a sign that says, "Unplug The Chargers".

About a second later, power/TV feed is gone.

Oh, sweet irony.
