Not watching the game, but can someone please tell me how Jacksonville's best player has only four rushes in an entire half of play?! I know it's not because the Titans have bottled him up, considering he has 93 yds. rushing!!!From an 'outsider' looking in on at the NFL GameTracker stats for the 1st half, it looks like MJD is being wasted here...

He didnt get his first rush till mid way through the second. Jax came out throwing, and couldnt even get a first down. they had like a minute of TOP in the 1st quarter.

They had 4 drives in the first half.The 3rd was the MJD TD (1st play of the drive).The 1st involved a botched snap over Garrard's head (after a 6 yard pass to MSW on 1st). The were quickly in 3rd and 22.The 2nd was an incomplete to Holt, a 7 yard sweep (Thomas), then an INT.On the 4th, MJD touched the ball 3 of the 1st 4 plays, but time started to run out in the half.They haven't abandoned the running game. They just haven't executed and TEN is putting togetther some long drives (VY looks pretty good).ETA: They open the 2nd half with a 79 yard MJD TD on the 1st play (with Garrard still blocking out in front on the 5 freaking yard line)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its amazing the numbers MJD puts up..especially carrying Garrard on his shoulders as well. Not easy to run with an extra 230 on your back.

Here's hoping MJD gets atleast 5 carries in the 2nd half. :hides:

Sadly, Finnegan wasn't even covering him on that play (really, no one was). Finnegan was 10 yards behind MSW on that pick.
