Game Thread W8 - Kansas City V NY Jets (1 Viewer)

David Harris knocked out of game? Like it matters I know...but that #$#@! has killed me all year, least he can do is finish this game.

another TD from little LEon.

God he's good

as a Jet fan, I really hope that he doesn't get suspended as implied by yesterday's thread

Since Thigpen has completed the most of his passes, I see Bowe isn't getting very many targets. Anyone watching this game?

is t jones still playing??????????
I dont know how the frick you give TJ 5 carries after the last couple games hes had, not to mention Favre handing out interceptions like halloween candyBut, the last time this happened about a month ago, TJ got a lot of carries in the 2nd half and ended up with like 80 and a TD, so, heres to that

As strange as it is to be saying this about TYLER THIGPEN, he's finding the open receiver. He's hit Mark Bradley and Tony Gonzalez for touchdowns, and in particular he is favoring his TEs, as both Gonzalez and Brad Cottam have three catches. Bowe is doing the most with his opportunities (and would have an extra catch for 15 yards had a completely unrelated penalty not been called), but other guys are getting open quicker.

Is it really possible that Thigpen isn't terrible? As a Bowe owner who was fearing the worst, this is very encouraging.

I'm not watching, just following online. Is he just hitting wide open receivers, or is he actually making good, accurate throws?

Oh, no doubt he looks great. The problem obviously is that he's previously looked TERRIBLE, especially in Atlanta. We'll just have to see what happens. I know the Vikings liked him a lot but tried to stash him on the practice squad and KC jumped on him. Everyone's looking good right now.Bradley: 4/40, 1 TDGonzo: 5/70, 1 TDBowe: 4/75 (should be 5/90)

Is the Jets D just this bad?

And that's what the Jets deserved. Run TJones there for the first down and give it to him two or three more times for the TD and game is over.

Anyone still wonder why the Packers went with Rodgers over Favre? If he's not fumbling the ball, he's throwing it to the other team. The guy is a turnover machine.

Favre can have a bad day. The culprit here is Mangini. It's clear Favre is off yet they throw all day. Scandalous.

Even if they win this game, can we now dispel the myth that the Jets are a playoff team? They are, at best, the 3rd best team in the AFC East, and are a 7-9 team, maybe 8-8, at best.

No, they are division favorites now that Brady is injured
