It seems like many head coaches are more inclined to listen to their player on the sideline yelling that 'he was down' or 'ball was out' rather than listening to the voices of reason in the head sets.These coaches need to hire someone else to decide when to challenge for them.

There's no excuse. You have a guy in the booth watch the televised feed. He should be able to tell the coach whether or not to challenge a play. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

I hate it when the refs do that. Either throw a flag on both Jones and the guy who came in and shoved Jones... or throw the flag just on the guy who shoved Jones. Don't let the instigator get away with it. He had no business shoving Jones. He can pull his teammate back, but you don't have any right to shove the other guy around like that.
