Game Thread W9 - Kansas City V Oakland (1 Viewer)

Why is Charles not getting more carries as Jones is struggling?
Would really enjoy the pressers after a couple losses where Jones had 20 touches and Charles had 15. He'd never get away with it in New York or Philly.
Yeah, all those hot pressers in Philly about the horrible run-pass ratio have sure scared Andy Reid straight.
Andy Reid wins 10 games every year. And he doesn't give 20 touches to, say, Mike Bell.

Janikowski with another chip shot field goal, Raiders up their lead to 17-13, about 10 minutes left.

Thomas Jones is Mike Bell now?

Good call Cable. Try to make Campbell a star instead of using McFadden who had had success all day. I hope KC runs the kick off back for a TD on your sorry butt!

The guy has 6.5 yds per touch today, perhaps he might be a good option inside the 10...

How the hell have the Cheifs gone 5-2 with Matt Cassell as their QB and with Thomas Jones getting more carries than JCharles? Seriously, i don't get it.

Well, right. Andy doesn't give touches to any of his RB's. And FYI they've won 10 games once in the last three years and twice in the last five.

Either that or he's wearing a belated 16-28-0 Halloween costume that looks just like Bell.

From break-in highlight call by CBS: "KC takes lead after a muffed punt"

Uhh huhhh.

Again, where's the accountability for the NFL refs?

Challenges shouldn't be limited. An incorrect challenge should cost a time out; or if you don't have any time outs left, it should be a 15-yard penalty.

The Seabass missed FG comes back to haunt us.

The Raiders have lost 37/58 when Seabass misses a FG.

Something like that. And certainly, you shouldn't lose the ability to challenge a third time when one of your first two was correct.

Game over.

Bye Bye playoffs.

It was a nice feeling for a week.

Any guess what the new blackout streak will be?

Raiders get lucky after a silly draw call; KC injury stops the clock.
Not cool to root for injuries, guy. :lmao:
I'm not rooting for anything, just describing what happened. I live in Oakland, but I'm only a Raider fan to the extent that the fleecing of the city which ruined the Coliseum for baseball and brought Al Davis and his awful team back to town requires me, as an Oakland taxpayer, to contribute to the decade-long debacle of Raider football.

Raiders get another break with a review call which essentially gives them a free timeout and saves two seconds and a down.
