Note to Cassel:

Moss is the best receiver in the history of the NFL and is on the field every play.

Why are you throwing to Jabbar Gaffney?

Cuz he was wide open?Am I the only one who thinks Addai is the worst RB in the game tonight? He looks like he's running in mud. And this is the same defense that got lit up by Antonio Pittman last week.

Hes horrible. I wish he missed the whole season so I could start Rhodes.

Also, Belichick's dumb decision to go for two earlier is why they are not winning. It would be 16-14, had he kicked the XP earlier. That is why you don't chase the points.

 Real stupid move with 7 minutes left in the 3rd. Then, they not only dont get it but they entice the Colts to go for 2 thereby losing 2 pts in the process instead of 1.

I missed the start of the third quarter. I saw that Harrison got nailed in his back at the end of the first half. Have the MNF announcers updated his status for the remainder of the game?
he's fine.
Saw him on the sideline w/ a 3 WR set IIRC. Has he been getting any PT since 1/2 time?Nevermind. He's in, just not getting looks. Just saw 88 lined up on the right.

Belicheat just does anything he wants..........why is he allowed that far onto the field ?
All coaches do that. How do you propose that he get the referees attention?
It was very risky, though. If he had not gotten there in time, and the Patriots got the play off but were stopped, the Colts get the ball back, as they would have just declined the penalty for Belichick being on the field.

The guy was 20 yards onto the field. Most coachs speak with the sideline judge or if necessary they take a few steps onto the field.
When the ball is at the 5 yard line there is not an official near the coaches. All of the officials are at the goalline. What do you want the guy to do? I've done this a number of times when coaching at lower levels where there might be only 3 or 5 officials.

I don't even like the Patriots, but you're 100% whiny. He was running down the sidelines about 3 yards onto the field. Get over it, every coach in the league does it and is indeed allowed to do it.

Good to see Vinatieri still living off of his two Super Bowl kicks. "All time clutch kicker". :lmao:

Larry Brown thinks he's one lucky bass turd.

Yeah BELICHEAT. He always gets a free pass. I heard he has a buzzer that he can alert the refs whenever he wants them to throw a flag against the Patriot's opponents. INSTEAD OF BELICHICK, BELICHEAT. BECAUSE HE CHEATS.

Bizarre sequence. If you are going to go for it on 4th, why not call a better play on 3rd down to make 4th down more managable? Also, that Colts defender should have dropped that, since it was 4th down. He basically gave up 15+ yards of field position, but you know how those DBs are...gotta pad their numbers. :lmao:

Add another game to the growing list of games decided by refs and their bs calls

:lmao: Who is coaching this team, Rich Kotite? The Patriots have pissed this game away. What a terrible sequence. If BJGE wasnt #####-footing around for the 1st down. It would have still been first down just 15 yards back.

Sorry if I offended you Belichick disciples.

Yes, what he did was legal and allowed. But he certainly made show of it. Like you, I've been involved in football for years on the middle school, high school and college levels. And rarely have I seen coach run that far down the field. I guess my point was lost, which is the fact that his actions scream "look at me."

Not sure about that personal foul - especially when they have noty thrown a flag all night
The play was behind Thomas. Maybe he couldnt hear the whistle because of the crowd. Good call by the ref but a tough one to completely alter what had been a good game.

And if you're going to throw a 20 yard jump ball, why not to Randy Moss?

Cassel is crappy as well as whoever's calling the plays

I HATE that rule. If you get a personal foul penalty after getting a 1st down, it should be 1st and 25. I mean, if you commit it after a play that didn't result in a 1st down, it is down and yardage plus 15, so why isn't it the same just because they got a 1st down?

Thats a stretch IMO. I have never had to run that far for a TO but that is because I am usually right on the 20 yard line which is as far as a coach is allowed to go.

Bellicheck has looked like an indecisive 1st year scrub tonight. First wasting his last timeout because he changed his mind to kick the FG earlier, and then being indecisive here and deciding too late to go for it so they had to rush to get the play off.

you've gone round the bend

Cassel has actually played very well tonight with what they have allowed him to do. His only deep ball was to Gaffney and was dropped. The interception was a rushed 4th and 16. Tough to fault him there.

That's on Bellicheck. Because he was so indecisive before finally deciding to go for it, they didn't really have time to pick out a good play or set anything up. They were lucky they got the play off at all.

Amazing, he doesn't look like such a genius with an average QB.

I predict the next several Pats plays:

1) Dump off pass to BJGE

2) Screen pass to kevin faulk

End of game

any takers?

:hot:

:hot: Belichick has definitely done his best coaching on the practice field this year.

What a terrible coaching job by Belichick. A jackass challenge and wasting your last timeout when he should have gone for it anyways. I dont know what he was doing tonight.
