Game Thread - Wildcard - Pittsburgh V Cincinnati (1 Viewer)

:lmao: :lmao: He caught the ball. Both feet were down. He turned up field and tucked the ball away. He was not in the process of tucking it away. The defended punched the ball out. To me, that is a football move. Bad call.
too bad the refs didn't call you..

Thats a bad call.  He caught the ball and it was knocked out.

BAD CALL!!
His second foot hit...part of the rule checked off...Then, he had to make a move...he turned halfway (halfway through the move), then the ball came out.

Incomplete pass. Plain and simple.
turning 1/2 way is a move, no?
Looked like 3/4 of a move - then if you round up . . .

Here we go Steelers!!! Cincy may THINK they have control.. Steelers driving for the tie or lead!
Your team is in this game due to no calls being made when they should be on pitt dLike this garbage DPI

So that's a penalty but the play against Pittsburgh wasn't? I don't care if the DB looks back, if he pushes the WR it's a penalty. This is a poorly officiated game.

"Yep, now that the Bengals fans are throwing bottles, I'm officially rooting for the Steelers.Classless." Glad to see Ohio State fans are in attendance.

Very poor. All of them exceopt the Jags game have been poorly called.

That was BULLCRAP. The refs have totally screwed this whole weekend up. That wasn't freaking pass interference. It was said earlier in the thread but the refs stunk it up this weekend. :hot: :hot: :hot: :hot: :hot:

I applaud Marvin Lewis for not pulling a Bill Belichick IE "Palmer has a lower leg injury and is day to day".
:lmao: You are the smart and funny Knowledge guy in this thread.

if he tore his ACL can he be ready for the start of the 2006 season. QBs do not have to run alot like RBs
Maybe but they're going to want to make sure that he's fully healed so he doesn't reinjure it. They're saying multiple ligaments torn.
Yep.Downgrade Chad, severe downgrade to Housh...severe downgrade to Rudi...all for 2006.

(before you post the icon, yes, I am)
You would think the recovery time would not be as long for a passing QB like Palmer versus a RB because they rely on their arm and the RB relies on his legs. But I am no Doctor.
still need to plant to throw, tough with torn ligament
Does anyone remember the last QB (besides Culpepper) who tore his ACL? Who long did it take for him to come back?

Didn’t Grossman tear his?

This really sucks :hot: becuase my 2 QBs in my main dynasty league are Culpepper and Palmer :wall:

Bull#### PI call.
Well, what do you call it when the DB does't make a move to look back for the ball and runs through the WR before the ball gets there? The play on Housh was close, but the DB gets the benefit of the doubt more often than not if he turns to look for the ball.

It happens in every game, and it's called consistently.
