What made Garrard a top 10 QB in the draft dominator?

Projections. You see him outside of the top 10?

His offensive line is just decimated and his WRs are gimpy.

IIRC, they lost their starting center, then their backup center was shot and I think they lost both their guards in week 1.

These would have been difficult things to predict.
