GB coming off BYE vs Titans on a short week (1 Viewer)

the Titans have been a tough Def to score on this year but since they're preparing on a short week vs a team that's had 2 weeks to prepare, am i nuts in thinking that GB has a very good chance to give the Titans their 1st loss of the year?

I don't expect the GB running game to be able to run on the Titans, but Rogers has been very good all year. Im thinking he has another good game here and am considering altering my lineup to include some GB players. Someone please talk some sense into me.

Even without the short week the Packers have a decent chance in being the Titans first loss. Why don't you expect their running game will be able to run on the Titans? They can be run on...as long as teams stay away from Hayneworth and go towards the outside...and especially if KVB cannot go.They gave up more rushing yards to Indy than GB did...though, GB had a bigger lead longer. Rhodes went 20 for 73 against GB. 17 for 70 against the Titans.Tennessee's pass defense is very good though. They hit hard and put pressure on the QB...again, if KVB cannot play, that makes it easier. I think there will be big time double teams on Haynesworth all game....as the Packers are vulnerable up the middle in pass protection. Clifton and Tauscher should be able to handle the ends one on one...as they have with guys like Kerney and Allen. GB can also spread them out a bit more than just about any team they have played so far. On the flip side...GB has trouble stopping the run and will have their hands full with Johnson and White. I don't think the Titans will try the pass happy offense they tried Monday night. Not with the secondary GB has out there. Unless they feel like testing Harris to see if he is back to normal.Should be a fun game.

I agree with sho nuff. Should be a very interesting game. I think Indy wrote the book on the Titans by going to the 4-4. Sell out against the run, force Collins to beat you and hope that your offense can do enough to pull it out. Can Green Bay force the Titan offense into mistakes? That, too me, is the key question in this game.
