I have a bunch of food bonuses saved for tonight. There's a ton out there I was missing or had forgotten about. Of course, the food mentioned is generally in the tradition of using food as a metaphor, so I'm not sure how squarely it fits in our lists. I'll take a broad view of it, I guess. Hard to find songs about literal food for the most part.

That was a bit of an exaggeration, but in the last two years I lost my relationship and my step-son, so it's been a but rough. I still get out more than enough. Living by the ocean, now, with that breeze is very refreshing and helps melt stress and/or depression away.

Music, including this thread, is a huge help as well.

I do love my dog though and can't imagine what happens if/when he's gone. He does have a major heart issue (and enlarged right side which effects his breathing) and is on medication, and could need a surgery, but he's only six years old (soon) and seems in good shape. Keep on keeping on, little Loki.

I was half-kidding but half-serious, being aware of your situation. Those are awfully tough losses to endure, and I can't imagine what I would be like if I were in your position. Just disheartening, really. Sending good vibes your way, Doc Oc. Consider it an ibrohug.

For 100K, I'll try to stick to artists I know personally, some of whom I may have picked before. We'll start with two from the Ween scene. 

Round 492:

A. Bomb Me -- The Sound of Urchin

451 monthly listeners. They formed in 1998 and had an early EP produced by Dean Ween, which attracted the attention of the Ween fanbase; one of Deaner's childhood friends ended up joining the band, further cementing their ties to the Ween scene. Their main milieu is hard rock/metal (as with the above song), but they dip into other genres as well, and their live shows are wild. 

B. Soul in My Place -- Amandla

69 monthly listeners. In the studio, Amandla is a one-man band featuring Ween drummer Claude Coleman Jr. The first album, Falling Alone, was snappy, soulful and in spots hilarious, and the above is my favorite song from it. 

 
Rounding on 500 rounds and it surprises me that some of my favorite songs have gone undrafted by me. (at least I don't remember, and I didn't see on spreadsheet)

How, again, do we find out monthly streams? It says "so-and-so monthly listeners," but not how many streams have been strummed. I see the numbers next to the song, but that's total streams, isn't it?
