He was called up last week from AA - Mobile to the Diamondbacks and he may be someone to keep an eye on. He was hitting well here, but not as good as what he is doing in AZ. He homered in his first Major League AB.

First 6 games: 5 Runs, 1 HR, 7 RBI, .387 OBP, .571 SLG, and a .321 AVG .

He had a .361 AVG, .469 OBP and .491 SLG, 7 SBs in 29 AA games this year.

He has pretty good speed as well, though he hasn't tried to steal yet.

He's actually 0-2 on steal attempts. Aside from that, I like what he's doing so far. A lot of K's lately though, which worries me a bit.

Weird. All of Parra's 5 K's came in three consecutive games against the Marlins. And he has yet to steal a base.
