Giants possibly interested in David Boston (1 Viewer)

Giants cornerback Sam Madison could miss at least this week with his second hamstring injury in a month. Madison re-injured his hamstring last week against the Bears. They have started to evaluate the waiver wire for possible free agents in the secondary, but have also spent time looking at potential wide receivers, including David Boston.

Plaxico and Boston on the same team.. Otis just wet himself

:yawn:There's a reason Boston hasn't been playing for quite some time. Gone are his glory days.
He should learn to play TE.
That is actually a good idea.Or, he could bulk up to about 315 and play tackle.
or he could learn to dance and challenge Emmitt. as a Giants fan, i could care less. if they even bother to sign him, he sits behind Plax, Carter, Tyree, and Jenkins.

I've been saying it for 2-3 years now. Most TEs are "slow" compared to WRs, his dropped level of speed would be fine and he'd matchup with LBers. If a S is on him, he's used to muscling guys only now it's shorter routes. I remember some highlight blocks so I know he can block as a WR but not sure as a standup lineman. 3rd string TEs don't make squat, it's worth a try IMO. Someone tell Ernie
