Giants v. Cardinals (1 Viewer)

enjoy the games fellahs I am moving to the easy chair. I am hoping for a bad night for fans of NY sports. Would love the Giants and Yankees to lose.

 
Looks like the Giants are going to try and take advantage of the poor pass defense of the Cardinals and pass early, we'll see if Eli can get hot.

The Cardinals on offense are going to have to pass on 1st down and be successful IMO so that the Giants D doesn't get to Warner. I think if they're put in 2nd and 3rd and longs, that pass rush will get to Warner and cause problems. Play action and even a little roll out like we saw earlier with a 23 yard pass to Breaston.

 
Anyone else think Arizona is misusing Fitzgerald this year? It seems they've put him back into that underneath, possession WR role. I haven't seen him go downfield at all this year.

Last year during that playoff run Fitzgerald dominated games going deep and making plays on the ball.

It seemed that way last game, too. Nicks didn't really see the field until the 2nd half.

Yep, Nicks had a huge 4th quarter last week after being down a ton of points. He has scored 3 weeks in a row and they are playing one of the worst pass defenses in the league but I just find it a tough start when the guy gets limited action, although he has been making the most out of it lately, obviously.For those that started him, I hope he gets a long TD next drive now that I've said this. I was brooding over starting either Breaston or Nicks down by 6 points and everyone else is done on both teams and I went with Breaston for the reasons above. Breaston's got 23 yards, I need 40 more!

I'm surprised so far at how well the Arizona secondary is playing so far. Not a lot of pressure on Manning yet the Giant receivers are staying covered.

With that said, nice pass of 20 yards to Manningham.

 
There has to be a flag on that play. Rookie T was holding.

EDIT: Maybe not, I think I'm wrong.

They mix it up with Bradshaw. Been this way all year. I've watched all their games and keep wondering if he gets banged up. But I realized: Bradshaw is better than him. Bradshaw is a legit talent, and the first chance he gets to be the lead back, I am jumping all over him, kid is the goods.BTW, I don't care if he can't block, the Cards need to use Beanie, it is apparent he is better as a runner than Hightower.
 
Nicks with a red zone target

He is going to have to get rid of those bright white gloves if he is going to continue trying to push off
