SS Gibril Wilson and SS Michael Huff: Forget the talk about them being interchangable. Kiffin said Wilson has been in the box 90 percent of the time and should provide the Raiders with their best true strong safety play since they returned to Oakland. And Huff, liberated, is making some plays.

Same here.He put up monster numbers in NY... in Oakland he'll bring tackles by the boatloads.

Shouldn't hurt Morrison that much, if at all. Remember, the Raider safeties have made plenty of tackles over the past two seasons -- 150 solos between Schweigert and Huff in 2006 and 130 in 2007. If Morrison continues to get off blocks and cover well, he'll be fine. Thomas Howard on the other hand, should Wilson be the stud everyone believes, is going to have a very hard time picking up the 11 solos he lost from 06 to 07 and won't be a great bet to continue his huge coverage peripherals either.
