Gillislee for Howard or Bennett (1 Viewer)

In a 12-man PPR keeper league.

I need RB and TE help.

Looking to trade gillislee to the McCoy owner. He offered me Howard for him. Howard would be a $6 keeper next year (200$ budget). He has Bennett on his bench and I have no TE. Should I ask for Bennett or do you think Howard would be a better option?

I would absolutely prefer Bennett over Howard, who seems to be fading behind Carey and Langford is returning.
