Start one DL.I have John Abraham and Charles Grant right now and Aaron Schobel is available on the waive wire.Keep Abraham through his injury or drop him? Will he be up to speed enough to help me in the playoff run? Thanks for the input.
As everyone knows, when Abe is in the lineup he is a monster. He racks up stats and totally changes the face of the ATL defense. So if you can save the roster spot, he will produce great #'s when healthy. On the flip side, there is some rumbling in the ATL papers that Abes surgery could very well keep him out more than the estimated 3-4 weeks, these are just rumors but with surgery you never know. Also Schobel is no Abraham, but he is no slouch either and hes pretty consistent, let alone healthy. Schobel is on a bye this week though. Anyway id say ditch Abe pick up Schobel, monitor the abe situation the next few weeks and try to scoop him up before the rest of your league. HTH
In a redraft league, I would drop Abe for Schobel w/o much hesitation. The Bills play NYJ, MIA and TEN in Week 14, 15 and 16. NYJ and MIA are in the bottom Top-10 in sacks allowed.
