thanks, it sucks but better now than wasting a month training them and having to start over when they quit in four weeks. I'm glad they approached my wife this morning with this rather than me. She's been a manager for a long time and when they hedged in its not working out and wanting to talk about it, she replied that she did not want to spend any more time talking about it, pack up and move on down the road. I would have tried to patch the problems and tried to power thru.

Thanks for the offer of Julio, but you need him and i have too many Spanish speaking staff already. The other couple I had were nice, but big time stoners who weren't really into the work thing.

Sure, it pays fair for what you put in. The rate per page is excellent and I have a talent for churning out quality text content faster than anyone I know, so it worked out well. But my personal troubles have nothing to do with my work here or the generosity shown to me by joe and Dave. I would have loved to have stayed on staff, and with a note of "hey, we need more from you" they would have gotten it. But the staff is enthusiastic so they shouldn't have to ask. Like I said, I'm glad to have been a part of it for a decade and know Fbg will grow well without me.
