GM's thread about nothing (53 Viewers)

Drifter, the cover story in the May issue of Seattle magazine is about five road trips, the fifth of which is a Seattle to San Diego family-truckster vacation. You might wish to check it out!

Speaking of the Driftwold vacation, when do you get back? It looks like an ideal date for our snout-to-tail dinner would be July 12. Would this date work for the Seattle contingent, GM, Da, or anyone else who might come?
Beerhole jealousy, imo
Competing cornholes! :excited:
I like a good competition :coffee: Seattle: everyone has 3 craft beers and a bottle of wine

Milwaukee: everyone has 60 of the cheapest beers you can find
I'm contemplating driving up for the Milwaukee cornhole... Shuke > road trip?
When is it?

Finished The Sopranos tonight. Wish I didn't have the knowledge of the ending when I watched the finale. I liked it, but might have thought otherwise.

Two minutes into House of Cards. I was disgusted enough by my time in the halls of government that I'm not sure I really want to watch a TV show about it, but I'll give it a shot.

You will not be uplifted, GB.

As a fellow former political staffer, I loved it.

To be fair, I only worked on the lobby side. I expected us to act the way we did. I was surprised how much y'all acted like us.

I worked for the snakiest snake in snake town during the height of his power. (Craddock)

I was there a little earlier. I did work with his daughter when we passed an electricity dereg bill that strangely excluded the co-op he had a business interest in.

Oh no, I was there for Sb1.

Sounds like a Dickens character.

"Please Mr Craddock, don't make stew from the orphans."

"As you wish, Miss Pennybottom. I shall use the kittens instead."

So today, at our annual Easter Charlie Foxtrot, I'm explaining to my niece what "Silicon Valley" is. She says "so it's basically 'Big Bang Theory'."

Good luck finding her body.

As a Christian, I forgive all you heathens. Jesus and I still love you. Jesus more than me but you get the idea.

Begin hippling

Oat > GL with your kid. Our first is 19 months and we're going to try for the second in a few months. I think you should fly to Milwaukee on July 11 for a few days of respite. SLB can make anyone forget their troubles. Oh and Tre. Tre is as huggable as you can imagine. And I'll get drunk and do stupid things.

Furley > Hey, you too.

Do you guys still like me? I feel like I've been largely ignored in here the past few weeks.
A lot of people already gave you props but I'm a big fan. Hope you and the old lady are feeling better.
Hall & Oates> discuss
I poop better tunes than they put out, but I can't help tapping my toes to Maneater
I'm such a big fan of shuke that when I signed up for my minor league hockey season tickets, and the pimply-faced kid asked me if I wanted a free bobble head for a guy who just got traded, I said yes, on the off chance I ever get shuke in a GMTAN secret santa.
Duly noted
Am I the only one who doesnt like pancakes?
I'm appalled at the Communists who don't like pancakes. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I'm sad that this is what people think
Well this whole thread is one giant circle jerk, so it's basically your call.
Meh

Anyone in here travel for work and use an aircard? Am looking into some options for Romo and would welcome any feedback.

I used to, hot spotting my phone seems to work better.

Air card came with a phone number and I could send crude texts to people from a number they wouldn't recognize. That was fun.

Took a short walk this morning because it's a about to rain. On one stretch there was this young squirrel that was inquisitive about the dog. They were playing as we walked and he the squirrel was following us. The dog was having fun too. Squirrel kept bouncing around from the sidewalk to the edge of there street. Then there's a car coming. The squirrel isn't technically even in the street, it's in a parking spot on the side. The driver of this pos, banged up, mid 80's minivan slows down. Cool, she sees the squirrel. No other cars are coming. So what does this ####### whore do? She swerves over purposely running over and killing the squirrel. I sincerely hope and pray that karma deals her swift and harsh punishment. Mother####er. I hate people. :(

Stupid ####### #####.

I probably looked pretty weird carrying the squirrel by the tail so I could put him by the creek so he wouldn't get repeatedly run over though.

With bonus stoner voiceover.

I haven't used it, but have had good things about FreedomPop. The device is pretty cheap and you get 500MB of 4G for free every month. Additional data is 2 cents a MB.

When did this sudden love of living things start up, Mr. Himmler?
