1. Congrats, YSR!!! We need pics of Baby Tubbs, and Baby George Jenkins, too.

2. Has anyone ever dealt with a Realtor® who refuses to give advice? We're one week out from having seen a couple of houses that we would potentially make offers on, and despite numerous attempts I still can't get our person to give us an idea of what she thinks is a fair offer price. She keeps saying, "Well, you would have to figure out a price you're comfortable with." Yeah, of course we would, but she can't even narrow down a range for us or give an idea if it is fair as offered, 10% over where it should be, or what. Has anyone experienced this? I'm about to pull the trigger on a change in agents, even though I'd feel bad because she spent her time showing us the houses. It's extremely frustrating and bizarre.

3. I didn't actually think we were doing a league, and from FB it appears my partner is cavorting with his hot wife on a beach somewhere. I hesitate to make a pick without running it by him. Also, are there rules available somewhere? Are QBs worth 82 pts a passing attempt again this year?

As far as the realtor thing. Yes. Their realtor code of ethics actually forbids them from giving any specific advice on numbers or answering questions such as "should I buy this house". Every once in a while you come across a by the book nerd that follows these rules to a T. Give her the boot if she's annoying you. Sucks, but you need/want more

The couch to 5k thing is great if you haven't run in a long time. If you stick with it it really works. Not sure if they fixed it or not but in the free version (Zen Labs?) there was a glitch somewhere around week 5. You went from running for 5 minutes to suddenly running 2 miles or something goofy.

Yea, that's me.

I used to play semi pro football, played semi pro baseball and played softball 5 nights a week to sitting at a desk all day and coming home from work and sitting on the couch all night. Pretty pathetic.

Time to change. I'm setting a goal of being able to play softball with my buddies next year.

Well I'd never ask someone else if I should buy a house ( ) but I've never had one before (and as you might suspect, I've dealt with a lot of realtors) who was unable to say something like, "Comps for similar properties in this area indicate this should be about $[range]" or "Comps indicate this might be listed 5-10% too high" or whatever. Otherwise I'm not sure what use a realtor is to me.

Setting myself up for mockery here and that's cool......I am trying to lose weight, and right now my first goal is to not eat fast food. The other day on my way home from a long work day, where I skipped lunch, I normally would have stopped at McDonalds to eat before going home to eat dinner

I didn't want to, but the urge was really strong...... I called a friend who's been on me to get in shape for years, and told him what I was going to do. He talked to me all the way home and I never did stop.
