GM's thread about nothing (50 Viewers)

Funny story from last night's back to school night:

A dad comes in for his son. Turns out he and I played baseball together for a couple of years back in Jr Hi. I literally haven't seen him since 8th grade.

The one (and probably only) story I always remembered about him was that he had to have some sort surgery on his balzac just before baseball season. He missed the first months of games because of it. Every time somebody asked why he was sitting out he would say "I had surgery on one of my nuts!". It was a crack up at the time because were were like 13.

So last night I'm shooting the crap with him.

Him: What was the team we were on the second year?

Me: Pretty sure that was Frank's Brake Service.

Him: Oh yeah...I remember now. That was the year I had surgery on one of my nuts!

Hack> we have a game plan for later on yet?
You going to PJfest?
no.considered it but don't want to see the other bands enough to make the trip.
They're not that great anyway.
They're no Bon Jovi, anyway.
Oh no, certainly not! They've rocked BILLIONS OF F'ING FACES.I own some Pearl Jam 7" single that there are only 1500 of or something. I was into them early on, then I just kind of fell out of it. That 2nd record pushed me away.

Boston's a pretty fun town. :banned:
Supposed to go out with a female friend - feel free to PM if you want to :banned:
I wouldn't want to get in the way of that. We're heading to Fenway tonight and out of here tomorrow, but will probably be at the Beantown Pub after the game. Look for a stud with a Royals cap.
Royals cap? Ought not be hard to find in Boston. Frontwards or Backwards? In the area - wearing Cream Colored Enyce track zip up and jeans. Trying to grow a beard so I look a bit like a street rat. Will be drinking.

My Today in History topic today is the first ATM in U.S. is opened to the public (1969). I have asked 4 classes if they know what "ATM" means and so far nobody has given the x-rated answer. I think I might be dodging bullets here.

Haven't seen a black dude since Malvai Washington on the courts of the US Open. (Blake doesn't count, I think he was mixed)

On ESPN right now in the 5th site - crowd is going crazy for him.

And in between points their switching to Lisicki

On a helping FBGs find a job, if any of you cats are operations (warehousing) types and interested in working in any fine places, like Eastern PA, Northern Kentucky, Southern Indiana, South Carolina, Tennessee or Phoenix, let me know.
Warehouse manager here, passively looking for something new. Not sure if I would be able to relocate, however.
Drifter, please build a warehouse where shamwow lives. TIA

Bama -36.5... Alabama could name the score here and put it on the board. Lots of starters will be rested. I'd be surprised if the 1st and 2nd RB's got 20 carries between them. There is a QB battle going on and one will get the first 3 series, the other getting the following 3 series. Anybody's guess after that. I picked Kent State in my weekly, not for money pool, but just because Alabama doesn't normally cover these big lines historically, and Kent State is Saban's alma mater and tends not to run the score up if possible in situations like that (kind of like Penn State last year).

When a Bama homer is telling you to take the other side, it's probably a good idea to stay away.LSU +4 seems like a must play, sorry Forrest.
