GM's thread about nothing (18 Viewers)

man the Weather Channel is really pissing me off. they were keep promising to talk about the latest projects for the Mid-Atlantic/North East after weather on the 8's 20+ minutes later, they still hadn't talked about it. Finally did it about 30 mins afterward.
People still watch the weather channel?

Is it safe to come back in here now?

By the way, I'm watching local news and apparently everyone in Atlanta is going to die in the next couple of days. Been nice knowing most of you.
DSP requested a ban of his IP. No idea if he'll return but I honored his request.
Having limited knowledge of how IPs work......

He mentioned that he posts from his phone and uses 4G

do phones have a static one like a house wifi does?
Home, static.
Pretty sure Scupper still has our IPs logged on ChoreBuddy.

I usually fall asleep with it on every night.

My son sold over $600 of popcorn for cub scouts, maybe one of 8 kids in the pack to do so.

Was traveling this past week, checking my personal email at the airport Saturday evening. Saw an email come through from Friday "Just a reminder the laser tag party for the kids selling $600 is tomorrow at 1:00". Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. For some reason this wasn't in my outlook calendar. Was on my wife's calendar at home but she felt so bad last week she hadn't looked.

So I am going to take my son and some friends to laser tag this weekend. But I really feel guilty, I feel like I'm always doing things with my son because he's older, but never with my daughter alone. I think I'm going to take Friday off so we can do something. She's 4. Guster, any suggestions? Default would be kids museum at the Hall of Justice.

JoJo, not trying to cause trouble. Never even noticed you before today as I don't care much about bitcoins and don't know where else you hang out around here or what interests you.

Someone said you were an alias of another poster, but I had no idea how they knew or what they were talking about. Then I saw you come out throwing haymakers in a thread where an off-duty cop shot an armed robber in self defense and I was just a little curious on what the heck was going on.

So, am I correct in assuming you are very conservative across the board, or are you just a big opponent of gun control specifically? I honestly don't know what being liberal or conservative has to do with that thread topic.

No bait here. Respond or don't. Either way, have a nice night.

I have a 5 year old daughter and you probably know this already but she's going to love anything that involves spending one on one time with you. Science Museum, Aquarium at Mall of America, the local arcade/bowling alley, or a movie (making sure to spend time in the arcade) are all big winners with her. If you/her haven't seen Frozen that's a good one. Just be prepared to download the soundtrack and also end up singing it to yourself when you're peeing and stuff.

Took the kids to see Frozen a few weeks ago. Remember I ruined that woman's life by accidentally stepping on her toe?

Wait, what?

NBC showing a little of biathlon right now. Freaking intense. Although I prefer just regular old cross country.

If you don't mind me chiming in - I have a 5 y.o. girl and an older son - I have two standing weekly rituals with my girl: Thursday night pizza and Saturday morning ballet. I don't think what you do matters so much at that age; investing the time does.

I feel like I missed something in here. And I may never learn what it was.

Had a good little meeting tonight with the 20somethings followed by a trip to the bar. Good times.
