I'm reading tripadvisor reviews of hotels in Seoul and see that someone found this worth noting: "Room also had an ###### wash and dry on the toilet,"

Weird, the word used was four letters long, not six.

Hired a babysitter last night for the first time in...well, since before I was divorced I guess. My parents usually help us out there and there and when it was just us and the boys, we could always ask Flags to swap nights (for however negative I've been about my ex in the past, one thing she's done incredibly well is remain flexible with our custody...big props). But last night, parents were booked, my sister is out of the question and so we hired a HS gal my mother knows to watch Hazel and the boys while we went out to a party. Sweet little thing, about the size of my thumb and allergic to things I didn't even know existed (she couldn't eat the pesto we made, had to put the cat outside, etc).

However she had never changed a diaper before and while we were quite certain Hazel was done 'going' for the day by the time she got to our house, sure enough Hurricane Hazel delivered a massive loaded diaper before bedtime that apparently required all three of the remaining house occupants to change. They got it done, but it was pretty funny this morning when Hazel woke up with her diaper on backwards.
Like this?

Zipper Lips is getting it's first W today. We might not even play Cutler cuz we DONT CAREEEE.
Yes! Zipper Lips can be my new team!

Seriously, though, I love you. Even though you took Cutler when I texted you not to whilst in the hospital bed approximately 2 hours before giving birth.

Also, I've got our dues covered (assuming we continue to win) once I actually do the research and figure out how to pay.

Can someone explain to me why there should be umlauts in the following phrase...

When Obama was reëlected, in 2012, McFaul was among those who pressed him to visit Moscow

This is from a New Yorker article on Russsia. Every time there is a word with a prefix that contains a double vowel (coordinate, reemerge) they put umlauts above the second vowel.

How excited am I that I'm going to miss next weekend's game between The University of Cincinnati and an Ohio State University because I'll be on a scout camp out.

No it doesn't.

Went over to my parents' tonight to make them dinner. Salmon with a honey & soy glaze with asparagus and rice. Appetizers were salt & pepper chicken wings and taco dip. Plus the pickles my mom and I canned (27 jars!) were ready and delicious. The food was all great except the wings were too salty. Stupid internet recipe.
