I was hoping you guys could give me some tips on where to stay and maybe what to see quickly around Dallas.

where are you staying, how much time you got. We have several threads with some useful info, but the following stuff would help here

-Hotel location

-Free time you have

-How much you are willing to drop on a night out

-what sort of crew are you running with (all doods, wives, ???)

Is Fort Worth too far away? The Kimbell and MOMA are right next to each other and were the best things I saw when driving through Dallas/Ft.Worth (the buildings themselves, not what's inside).

Kimbell = Louis Kahn

MOMA = Tadao Ando

Two of my favorite architects to have studied.

Stay over there. It's way more tourist friendly anyways. I never advise someone on a quick trip to stay in dallas fwiw.

Who will you be rooting for?

Do you think Tony Romo is cute?

For 2 million dollars and only a couple people would know, would you do butt stuff with him?

Do you like Mexican food?

 
We, two doods late 30's mullets intact, are flying in Wednesday evening and leaving Friday early morning. We don't have a hotel, yet. We are looking not to splurge on hotel costs. Perhaps get a dinner Wed night a beer or two be relatively well rested for Thursday. I have been reading Ft Worth seems a better place to stay since it has the trolley system to the game.

never heard of a trolley system.

stay at the omni in fort worth. can't go wrong there. Either go total tourist and go down to JoeT's or hit something a little more authentic in one of the recently redeveloped areas.
