With Megatron retiring, Tate becomes the de facto #1 and the team probably signs Marvin Jones or another second-tier WR. While Tate obviously benefited from the presence of Calvin, Tate played at a very high level when Calvin missed a handful of games last year and even afterwards when Calvin was a decoy.

What are the thoughts of Tate being the #1 for a full season - target volume alone should give him a boost.

Very possible - I'm sure they'd even trade up if they needed to.

If so, I don't think any of those stand to knock Tate off as the #1 guy.
