When Tate comes back is he a better value than Fuller?  Thanks.

Depends. If you're in a PPR league, definitely I think Tate has greater value. Standard league, I'd go Fuller and overall he provides the greater ceiling. Would like to see a few more targets go his way though.

It is close but I lean toward Tate.  With Fuller, much of it is waiting on him to prove his value.  Tate has proven himself in the past and young QB always needs a security blanket.  If it is PPR, then I think Tate is probably a no brainer.  Unless Fuller starts scoring touchdowns every other game to distance himself from Tate, Tate is better option.
