But, dude, farts dude. This is a good litmus test for stupidity. If you responded to this test - bad news. It’s not irriconceivable. But it’s not a good sign. If you avoided it - pat yourself on the back. As for those who fell face first, a few recognizable symbols for the future:

If all three are satisfied. Stay true. Review the author vs your pre-reviewed authors of substance. If you sniff out a weasel... do stay true to your instinct. Back seat and vacate the thread. Let the thread and weasel die the slow death it deserves. And be very wary
It's sort of jumbed, but he's worried about the fifty cents he gets off of his daily half pint of whiskey. Adds up, says he.It might be because I'm drunk, but the OP makes absolutely no sense to me.
Really? It might be because I'm drunk, but the OP makes absolutely no sense to me.
Never said daily, it was twice a week. It's sort of jumbed, but he's worried about the fifty cents he gets off of his daily half pint of whiskey. Adds up, says he.
That's the best I can do. Zeno, be safe, bro.
Have never heard of whiskey referred to in half pints. Why cut back from a full pint? It's sort of jumbed, but he's worried about the fifty cents he gets off of his daily half pint of whiskey. Adds up, says he.

Point was if fart talk is cool here, what isn't?But, dude, farts dude.
Y'know, farts.
Moderation?Have never heard of whiskey referred to in half pints. Why cut back from a full pint?
You caught the double entendre exactly, my man.Yea, definitely a reportable offense.
I know, that's why I said it.Point was if fart talk is cool here, what isn't?
Where you from?Have never heard of whiskey referred to in half pints. Why cut back from a full pint?

Nobody’s that drunk. It might be because I'm drunk, but the OP makes absolutely no sense to me.
Your style and formatting does not lend itself to easy comprehension~~~~~~~~~~~~Is it really that complex?
Never really did any writing until the internet so I'm ragged but I think I sell the point. Now where would my comma go there?Your style and formatting does not lend itself to easy comprehension~~~~~~~~~~~~
what do you bench? That is why I'm real careful with drinking. Totally into the body, a fitness geek/freak.
I can;t see a pint of whiskey in a seven day period as being anything really. Just like a little mini buzz and the way it warms the body.....couple times a week.
I do think people exaggerate a little, with, "no idea what he's saying". I don't buy that.Never really did any writing until the internet, so I'm ragged, but I think I see the point.
Or no commas, I think, would also be fine. It's fine as you wrote it.
I hate to go there being this is the internet.what do you bench?
FYI - the liver is part of the bodyI don't have the discipline for that to work. I don't like the fact I enjoy my little vice like I do. So I put limits on myself. I am into working out and taking care of the body.
Right out of HS and just before my Navy days I worked at an olive plant. Fork lifts were everything. Well one day a guy tipped his over and his leg was caught under the lift, it was terrible as he screamed....HELP HELP ME.
Come on man don't try to fool me.FYI - the liver is part of the body
Super popular size here in Louisville, KY - right next to Churchill - easy to conceal at the track.Have never heard of whiskey referred to in half pints. Why cut back from a full pint?
I'm with you, my grandpa always had a half pint hid somewhere from grandma, talking before the Chiefs left Dallas.Super popular size here in Louisville, KY - right next to Churchill - easy to conceal at the track.
Honestly, I'm surprised that half-pints seem so rare to yall.
But, I understand - I think.
How much is your time worth?Anytime you deal with things that are a constant like toilet paper, tooth paste, razor blades, milk, bread, gas, etc you always try and find the best deal because that savings does make a difference over time.
Good point. How much is your time worth?
8 trips? YOu are probably wasting that much gas starting you car an extra 16x.What do you drive? A gallon?
I guess it depends on your monetary savings. If retirement is nip and tuck finanancially, the extra free time may be well invested saving a few bucks on booze. Then again, the amount he’ll shorten his lifespan by drinking excessively makes time even more precious.Good point.
From my perspective, I am mostly retired - anything I do for $ now, is really for the fun of it, rather than the cash, thus, my time is pretty open.
In this situation, my time is well enough spent by making small savings in anyway I can.
Now, if I had other major time commitments / constraints, then I may feel differently.
Understood. I no longer drink alcohol (diabetes) - however, is a pint a week considered excessive? I really don't know.I guess it depends on your monetary savings. I was being facetious, thought a pint of whiskey weekly is pretty close to the limit for low risk drinking.Understood. I no longer drink alcohol (diabetes) - however, is a pint a week considered excessive? I really don't know.
When I did drink, it was excessive - way more than a pint per week - waaay more.
I'm strictly a cannabis & coffee guy now. Docs are happy - me too!
in one sitting vs the week?I was being facetious, thought a pint of whiskey weekly is pretty close to the limit for low risk drinking.
Sounds like he's drinking 5+ drinks twice a week, which is categorized as "heavy alcohol use" by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.in one sitting vs the week?
16/7= 2.29oz per day. frequency and amount would tell the story.
I have thought of that, but do have my doubts that is the case.8 trips? YOu are probably wasting that much gas starting you car an extra 16x.
A pink of whiskey a week can't be that serious for a grown man.Sounds like he's drinking 5+ drinks twice a week, which is categorized as "heavy alcohol use" by The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

I do find that that really hard to believe. I get a small light weight buzz, that has no real effect on me at all, nowhere remotely close to a drunk. I get the alcohol vs weight thing, I'm at 275 pounds, 6-2.
According to them, there's a difference between spreading it out over the week ("low-risk drinking") and concentrating the same amount into two times a week ("binge drinking/heavy alcohol use").
Yeah, 5 drinks is the low end for their classification (and you're only a smidge over that amount), and I'd imagine that's for an average-sized dude.I do find that that really hard to believe. Like I've mentioned somewhere up there I'm big into physical fitness, a long time lifter who gets the importance of cardio conditioning. A workout junkie. I don't smoke not into drugs but if at a party will play along (to a point). So if I thought this little vice was actually harmful, it stops.jhib said:Yeah, 5 drinks is the low end for their classification (and you're only a smidge over that amount), and I'd imagine that's for an average-sized dude.
