let me guess. you have LJ and you are contemplating a trade for Francis Gore.. the LTT involves another player coming your way but you think that Gore might just match LJ's numbers and in turn you get a free player....

Larry Johnson has been playing decently considering he lost Roaf and Richardson. Without Trent Green, that offense looks much less fierce. Worse than SF O? Eh.
I think the question doesn't relate to the players' values as much as they do to their perceived values and ADP.
Gore is performing like a late first round pick. LJ is performing like a late first round pick. Meanwhile, LJ went first overall is countless drafts. Top-3 the latest in all serious drafts.
Gore went probably late first, the earliest. Potentially 4th round and beyond (depending on how early the draft was held).
So, from that standpoint LJ is a huge bust and Gore is amazing. But I think any LJ owner would be crazy to give up on him for Gore, esp given Gore's injury history.
